Message We have experienced excellent improvements in spark at high boost levels with the NGK Iridium plugs. More important is that we are significantly reducing the denotation threshold by pulling more heat out of the cyl's with cooler plugs. We were just cooking the plugs and also our engines running platinum 6's at the level we are at.
We are not having any issues with them not lasting and they are suppose to last longer than any other plug.
Even if they did wear out faster, it would be cheaper to buy plugs more often than engines when running high boost or N20.

:I had a set of Denso Iridium spark plugs on a Honda I used to have. Didn't notice any improvement in performance and they didn't last very long. Maybe 15,000 miles and had to be replaced. Maybe it was an isolated situation but I had no interest in Iridium plugs after that.
